They were amazing! They got me an appointment literally the day after I called with a painful gum infection. The service was exemplary and the woman that I spoke with in the reception area should be running the entire show if she isn’t already! She’s by far the best receptionist I’ve ever spoken with and she truly cares for their patients!

Very friendly office and staff. Going to the dentist makes me very nervous and they were so friendly it took the fear right out of it. I needed some extensive work done and they took the time to review the treatment plan, break down the out of pocket cost to me, and help prioritize the order in which things should be done. My initial visit was 2 hours long and I never felt rushed at all. Plus the little things, pillow for your neck, tinted glasses when you are lying in the chair, this is a practice that really takes care of its patients!

Absolutely fantastic. A little over the top, almost, but in a really great way. It's like they're obsessed with customer service, while still being expert medical professionals. I fully expected to walk in, sit down, be given the bare minimum of treatment to get my teeth cleaned, and then leave- but they made absolutely sure that I was comfortable in a lot of ways that I didn't expect, but still appreciated. All that, and they did a great job of quickly and carefully cleaning my teeth and explaining what was going on in my mouth before, during, and after the procedure. No complaints!

I haven’t been to a dentist in well over 10 years due to insurance issues. I was finally able to get in to see Dr Austin for the first time a couple weeks ago and I am so happy with this office. Everyone is so kind and compassionate and seem to actually enjoy being there caring for people. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this office for anyone looking!

I went to CNY Dental Arts yesterday and it was a wonderful experience! The dentist and receptionist was really nice from the time I came in to the time I left, I didn’t wait long to be called in at all, the dentist held great conversations with me and most of all I just loved the fact that they had a tv in the room! Lol (I had never seen that before anywhere.) I’ll definitely be making this my permanent dental office to go to from this point on. I would recommend this dental office to anyone most definitely. Thanks again to all the staff there. See you again soon!

I couldn’t be happier with the treatment I have received. From my initial phone call until today . Dr.Julian Austin is gentle and kind , his chair-side assistant is sweet and professional. I had my teeth cleaned and the hygienist is thorough and personable. I am so happy I found this amazing dental team .

Seriously the cleanest my teeth have ever felt. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Helen was nice enough to explain what she was doing in my mouth and I feel like I got a sound idea of where my teeth journey will be going next! So happy to have found this place. (Literally, a little hard to find since I didn’t see a sign out front but once I found it, such a comfortable waiting room.)

Just had my first exam and cleaning here. My experience was great! The staff was so kind and I had no wait times whatsoever. My hygienist was so kind, which helped the anxiety I had previously had during dental visits at other locations. I leave my appointment feeling amazing and like I have brand new teeth!

I had a great new patient appointment. Helen was extremely thorough and kind during my cleaning. She checked in frequently to make sure she wasn’t causing any pain and explained everything she was doing before she did it. I felt very comfortable and grateful for my visit and look forward to visiting again in 6 months!

Great service! No surprises and very convenient. Dentist was great. If only they did hair cuts at the same time!
